The Woodland Trust acquired this farmland near Theydon Bois in 2006 and started planting trees in autumn 2007. Eventually 50,000 native broadleaved trees will be planted to create a new woodland on the fringes of Epping Forest itself.

Visiting

Access off Abridge Road east of Theydon Bois village, south of the road just before it passes under the M11. Local parking difficult.

Accessible at all times.
